Possession
- You own the NFT. Each Elrond Ants NFT is on the Elrond blockchain. When you purchase an NFT, you fully own the underlying Elrond Ants, the Art. Ownership of the NFT is entirely mediated by the smart contract and the Elrond network: at no time can we seize, freeze, or otherwise alter the ownership of any Elrond Ants. The only action the club could take is a ban on the use of your NFT for game play or club membership if cheating or abuse is found.
Condition of use of the games
- Players agree to abide by the laws of their country and to declare their winnings. Elrond Ants club will not be held responsible for the player’s failure to do so. Any cheating found by the elrond Ants club team or one of its members, implies a ban on participation in the NFT and the Wallet associated with the game, for an indefinite period. but also a ban on the discord account of our community.
Personal use. Subject to your continued compliance with these terms.
- Elrond Ants Club grants you a worldwide royalty-free license to use, copy and display the purchased art, as well as any extensions you choose to create or use, solely for the following purposes:
- (A) for your personal, non-commercial use
- (B) as part of a marketplace that allows the buying and selling of your Elrond Ats club or Ants game / NFT, provided that the marketplace cryptographically verifies the rights of each Elrond Ants owner to display the Art for their Elrond Ants to ensure that only the actual owner may display the Art
- (C) as part of a third-party website or application that allows for the inclusion, involvement or participation of your Elrond Ants, provided that the website/application cryptographically verifies the rights of each Elrond Ants owner to display the Art for Elrond Ants to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art, and provided that the Art is no longer visible once the Elrond Ants owner leaves the website/application.
Commercial Use. Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms.
- Elrond Ants grants you an unlimited worldwide license to use, copy and display the purchased Art for the purpose of creating derivative works based on the Art (“Commercial Use”). Examples of such Commercial Use would be using the Art to produce and sell derivative products (T-shirts, etc.) displaying copies of the Art. For clarity, nothing in this section shall be deemed to prevent you from
- (A) owning or operating a marketplace that allows the use and sale of Elrond Ants in general, provided that the marketplace cryptographically verifies the rights of each Elrond Ants owner to display the Art for their Elrond Ants to ensure that only the true owner may display the Art
- (B) own or operate a third-party website or application that allows for the inclusion, involvement, or participation of Elrond Ants in general, provided that the third-party website or application cryptographically verifies the rights of each Elrond Ants owner to display the Art for their Elrond Ants to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art, and provided that the Art is no longer visible once the owner of the purchased Elrond Ants leaves the website/application
- (C) derive revenue from any of the above.
